Book Let Rides from Claude or ChatGPT.

Add Let Rides to the assistant you already use, then ask for a ride the way you'd ask a friend. It shows you the price, checks the car and how you'll pay, and books only when you say so.

This isn't available yet; we're building it now. Until it is, you can book a fixed fare on this site or in the app.

What you can ask

Just say it. It does the tapping.

  • “How much is a ride from Glasgow Central to Finnieston?”

  • “Book me a car from home to Queen Street station. I’ll pay by card.”

  • “Where’s my driver, and how long until they get here?”

  • “Tell my driver I’m waiting at the side entrance.”

  • “What would it cost to cancel my ride? Cancel it if it’s free.”

  • “Book a ride for my mum from the hospital to her house, and put it on my card.”

How it will work

We'll publish the connector address here as soon as it's ready.

Claude

  1. In Claude's settings, open Connectors.
  2. Choose to add a custom connector, call it Let Rides and paste the address.
  3. Select Connect. You'll come to letrides.com to confirm your number and choose Allow.
  4. In a chat, switch Let Rides on from the tools menu, then ask.

ChatGPT

  1. In ChatGPT's settings, find Connectors (or Apps). Some plans ask you to turn on developer mode before you can add your own.
  2. Create a connector, call it Let Rides, paste the address and choose OAuth sign-in.
  3. You'll come to letrides.com to confirm your number and choose Allow.
  4. Start a chat, pick Let Rides from the tools, then ask.

Other assistants

  1. Anything that takes a remote MCP server with sign-in works. Look for “connectors”, “integrations” or “MCP” in its settings.
  2. Add the address as a remote (HTTP) server. It signs you in on letrides.com the same way.

Menus move as the assistants change. If a step doesn't match what you see, look for connectors or MCP in your assistant's settings, or email support@letrides.com.

It asks before it books.

Your assistant shows you the car, the price and how you’ll pay, and books only when you say yes. A price holds for ten minutes; after that it checks again rather than guessing.

The same fares and rules as the app.

Fixed fares, no surge, and every check the app makes on a booking and a payment. An assistant gets no price of its own.

You sign in with us, not in the chat.

The code goes to your WhatsApp and you type it on letrides.com. Your assistant never sees that code, or your card details.

Cancelling tells you the fee first.

It asks what cancelling would cost, tells you, and cancels only once you’ve agreed. If the fee has gone up since, it stops and asks again.

Updates still come on WhatsApp.

Your driver’s details and when they’ve arrived come to WhatsApp, just as for a ride you book on this site.

Disconnect any time.

Remove it in your assistant, or from Connected assistants on this site, and its access ends at once.
