How it works
Four steps. Then they drive.

Add your fleet
Your name, contact email, where the cars are based, and each car with its council plate, insurance, MOT and photos.

We check it
Our operator approves the fleet, and every car goes through our normal vehicle checks.

Start billing
One monthly fee per car, for at least 3 cars, by card. Cancel any month.

Invite your drivers
By phone number. Once they've passed our driver checks, assign each one a car and they're ready to go online.
The rules
You run the cars. They run their day.
You look after the car.
You choose who drives which car and keep it licensed, insured for hire and reward, and roadworthy. You never set a driver's hours or jobs, or whether they take a trip.
Everyone is checked.
Our operator approves your fleet, each car and each driver. A driver in your fleet still uploads their own licence and documents for review.

A spare car? Rent it to a licensed driver.
- List it for weekly rent with a deposit, a minimum term, notice and what's included. Licensed drivers apply in the driver app; you choose who.
- Paid straight to you. The driver pays the deposit and rent by card, into your own Stripe account. Let Rides takes no cut.
- No finance, no rent-to-own. You keep the car and its hire-and-reward insurance. Let Rides never owns cars or lends money.
